It’s been awhile since I’ve read anything by SH and what a perfect way to get started again! I can’t wait to get on with the next book. Well thought out, well written and a totally pleasant reading experience. Cowboys. Curmudgeon. Two legged snakes. Multi cultural. Strong female role models. Horses. Beeves. Sheep. Gold. Smoken’ hot kisses. Ample prayer. Death. Funny banter. I was crying real tears and laughing out loud within the first few chapters! An absolute must read!
