I don’t know about you, but sometimes it seems like the people who should be offering the most encouragement and support in our lives are often the ones who work the hardest to squash our dreams. (Captain Cavedweller excluded – he’s my number one cheerleader.)
Don’t let them get to you!
Keep reminding yourself that your dreams are just that – yours.
No one else can see the big picture like you can. No one else feels what you feel in your heart. No one else knows what you know about how far you can go.
So do what you know in your heart you can do. Smile at them, thank them for their concern, and then go show them what determination and faith can do!
