Each year I pick a word as my “theme.” Usually, I choose a word that helps me focus on an area that I think needs some work in my life.
Past words have included “gratitude,” “faith,” “blessed,” and “brave.”
After 2019 turned out to be somewhat of a trying year, the word I want to focus on for 2020 is “Believe.”
It’s not just about believing in myself, but believing in so many things. I plan to blog on Mondays about my “Believe” lessons and share any insights I gain along the way.
So, here is to an amazing 2020. May your year be filled with health, happiness, and success and my you believe in yourself and your dreams!

I love your word.
My words are Believe and Grace.
I love the word Grace, Denise! Have a beautiful year!
“Believe” is a perfect word. All things are possible with that word. It is a lot like “faith” but perhaps a little more practical; a bit more focused on ourselves. Going to be interesting, as always, Shanna.
Hi Carol,
It is a lot like faith (which is another word I love). I’m excited about the possibilities!
Wishing you a fabulous year ahead!
Last year my word was WISDOM. I could probably settle on that word for the rest of my life! But this year my word is SANCTIFY. I’ve got plenty of crud that should be scrubbed. Guess I need wisdom to know how to do it.
Those are both great words, Amy! All the best to you in 2020!
