I read something someone posted on facebook about setting a one-word goal for the year.
I liked that idea a lot.
In fact, I liked it so much, I decided to come up with a one-word goal for myself.
As I was pondering what that one-word might be, I glanced at our fridge and noticed the new magnet I bought just last week. It simply says “Believe.”
That is when I knew what my one-word goal for 2012 is going to be: Believe.
Believe that I can achieve my goals.
Believe that people will buy my books.
Believe that I will grow as writer.
Believe that good things are coming.
Believe that something exciting is just around the corner.
Believe that hard work truly does pay off.
Believe in what I know.
Believe in myself.
Believe.
