I’ve been thinking about this quote this weekend. I think it spoke to me because I need to follow the advice.
I’m not a spur-of-the-moment, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants kind of girl.
I make plans.
I like organization.
At any given time, there are at least a few to-do lists on my desk. And never do one of the tasks listed include “jump out the window and figure it out as you fall.” Nope. Not ever.
But I’m starting to think one of them should. Or better yet… I need to pull on my brave britches and just leap. Leap into the things that scare me. Leap into the things I’ve been putting off. Leap into the unknown and believe those wings will unfold before I fall too far.
Even if the jump is only a few feet to start with, I think it’s time to push open the proverbial window and try.
