Dracula Lilies

Each spring, the blooms of death, also known as Dracula lilies, give my yard a horrific, revolting odor.

And the wretched things are back and in full bloom.

It is my opinion that they are:

1. obscene

2. disgusting

3. smelly beyond anything imaginable. If you’ve ever smelled a dead rodent imagine multiplying that smell times 100 and having it waft in your open windows.

I would get rid of them and plant something more appealing, but Captain Cavedweller thinks they are fantastic. Of course he would.

Wish me luck as I cower inside, waiting for the blooms and nasty odor to fade away!
