I’m all about easy recipes, especially when the thermometer is hovering in the triple digits outside.
These lemon bars are made with a cake mix, but are delightfully delicious! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine melted butter with cake mix, eggs and lemon juice. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment. Spray with non-stick spray. Press dough into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, just until center is set and no longer doughy (give it the toothpick test). Remove from oven and cool. Dust with powdered sugar, cut into squares, and serve!
