Easy Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake mix
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat dry angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple (include the juice!) on low speed for 30 seconds then beat on medium speed for a minute. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely, upside down, as directed on cake mix box, for 2 hours. Run knife around edges; turn cooled cake out onto serving plate. Use serrated knife to cut into slices.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Garnish with fresh pineapple pieces of slices.
Store covered in refrigerator.

Shanna I used to making something similar with one-stop angle food cake mix and a can of lemon pie filling pour in a sheet pan, when cooled top with powder sugar.😍😎
