I want to say no to:
Fear
Doubts
Guilt
Anger
Negativity
Anxiety
Worry
Stress
I also want to say no to the people who:
Gossip
Drain emotions
Cause trouble
Lie
Cheat
Steal
Bring others down
Are selfish and cruel
So, this week, the challenge is to follow your instincts and say no to the things you don’t have the time, energy or desire to do without feeling the guilt that you said no.
