Today is all about Captain Cavedweller. It’s his birthday!
I’ve baked his favorite cake, wrapped his presents, and am so excited to celebrate him and this special day he was born.
He continues to amaze me with his capacity for love and kindness, generosity and caring. When I say he’s one of the good guys, I mean that 110% from the very depths of my heart.
From the little boy who wasn’t afraid to jump out swings, to the man who encourages me to take leaps of faith, he was and is and continues to be an incredible human being and I’m so very blessed to be part of his life.
Here’s to you, CC! May your birthday hold more surprises and fun than you expect, and may the year ahead overflow with you.
