Joy Lessons Week 49

The past few weeks (okay, months), I’ve kept to a crazy, hectic schedule. Some days, I’m up at 3 or 4 a.m., already writing, promoting, marketing, working even though my brain and body are weary.

Admittedly, I’m tired. And the more tired I am, the harder it is to be joyful and happy, and positive.

Which is why I think we all need to give ourselves permission to rest.

When our heads and hearts and bodies are rested and recharged, we have such clearer focus, so much more openness, so much more potential for to seek joy.

So I hope, as we head into the holiday season, you give yourself plenty of rest and joy!
