Liberty Belle

Liberty Belle by Patricia PacJac Carroll had me hooked from the first page.

A jilted bride, a sheriff who chooses chasing vengeance over his profession, an adorable orphan, bad guys, good guys, hope and faith – it’s got it all!

Left at the altar  in 1859, Liberty Longstreet comes to the conclusion she needs to declare independence from her controlling mother. Seeking freedom, she leaves for Denver with her timid aunt in tow.

Sheriff Wade Calder throws down his badge seeking revenge for his family’s death. He ends up taking care of his enemy’s young son.

With help from a wayward gambler, some questionable characters and a lot of action-packed excitement, Wade and Libby have a chance for love.

A great read from a talented author, this historical inspiration romance is well worth your time.
