Panko Parmesan Chicken

This recipe is so easy and super yummy! If you’re looking for a change from the same old chicken, give this a try!


Panko Parmesan Chicken


1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken pieces

1/2 cup Panko crumbs

2 teaspoons seasoning (we like Mrs. Dash and Lawry’s)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

Add Panko crumbs and seasoning to a quart-size Ziploc bag. Shake to combine and set aside.

Combine mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Dredge chicken in mayo then drop a piece or two at a time in the Ziploc, shake, then place pieces on the baking sheet.

Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.

You may also cook the chicken in an air fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 350°. Arrange prepared chicken in a single layer (you may need to cook in more than one batch). Air fry 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and topping is golden brown.
