Peach Fizz Float
INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe peach
vanilla ice cream
ginger ale
DIRECTIONS:
Peel the peach, cut into chunks, then blend until smooth.
Pour the puree into two glasses.
Add a scoop of ice cream to each glass.
Pour in ginger ale. Add a straw and a garnish of mint or a sliced peach. Enjoy!

Oh my goodness, this sounds so luscious! Our peach season here is NC is coming to an end, but I think this would be stupendous with nectarines too.
