Real Customer Service

A few weeks ago, we had a carpet cleaning company come to do our carpets.

After the bathroom renovation last year and the kitchen remodel this year, I figured the carpets really needed a good cleaning.

The company I choose is local. They had many reviews – and most of them were high-rated.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the person who answered the phone was very courteous, helpful, and professional. She had such a friendly voice and attitude. At the end of the call, she told me I’d receive a reminder call a few days ahead of time.

And I did, just as she said I would. She gave me a time frame to expect the carpet technicians to arrive – between 9 and 9:30 a.m.

The morning of the appointment, I looked outside at 9 on the dot to see the company van pulling into the driveway. Punctual. One more check in their favor.

Nick and Travis were the technicians.

I’ve had a lot of people with the kitchen project in and out of my house the past few months. By far, Nick and Travis were the most polite, respectful, professional, and helpful. They were dressed in crisp uniforms of dark pants and white shirts. They were friendly and explained the entire process before they got started. They checked in with me during the cleaning.

And when it was time to wrap things up and pay the bill, I was absolutely shocked to find they’d left a hand-written thank you note along with a bag of goodies.

Working with Clean ‘n Dry was a breath of fresh air and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service skills. They are truly top notch.

And on top of that – my carpets look brand new!

A huge shout out to the whole crew at Clean ‘n Dry for providing true customer service that makes your clients feel valued and appreciated.
