I was thinking about spring traditions. One thing I try to do every spring is to take photos of the apple blossoms across the road from our house. When they bloom, I know spring is definitely on its way.
Today, I thought you might enjoy seeing some of the photos I captured this year between freezing temps and an unexpected snowstorm!
What’s one of your spring traditions?

I pick wild phlox and a sprig or two of sage brush to make a May Day bouquet for our table. I used to take some to my mother-in-law, too. When our second daughter lived in Northern Virginia I would tuck a few sage brush leaves in her birthday card. Her b-day is May 6.
Hi Alice,
Oh, what a lovely tradition. I bet your daughter loved getting those leaves to remind her of home. So sweet!
I love seeing the daffodils and watching for the first robins! These are my first signs of spring.
Such beautiful banners of spring!
What a lovely tradition. Lovely pictures, thanks for sharing.
