I hope you had a beautiful, blessed Thanksgiving filled with good company and great food.
If you have a bunch of leftovers today, here’s a fun, easy recipe that can be eaten on the go or camped in front of a Christmas movie marathon.
Turkey Bundles
2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup roasted turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces or shredded
1 cup stuffing
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 cup gravy
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper then spray with non-stick spray.
Open crescent roll tubes and roll out dough, breaking into individual sections. Put a dollop of potatoes, stuffing, cranberries and turkey in the center of each crescent then fold the edges up and around, like a little bundle. Lightly crimp edges to seal then place on baking sheet.
Bake about 10-12 minutes, or until golden. Serve with warm gravy for dunking.
