Welcome February 2022!

Happy February!

Wow! Can you believe we’re already through the first month of the year? I have no idea where that time flew, but I’m excited to we have the month of sweethearts and romance ahead of us.

I thought I’d share three things I’m looking forward to this month with you.

Valentine’s Day! Okay, it’s a given, but I had to include it in my list. It’s always been a fun day, even back when I was a youngster in school, adding glitter and construction paper hearts to a shoebox for our classroom party. Captain Cavedweller and I have had some memorable Valentine’s Days, some that were extraordinary, and others that were ordinary, but the key thing here is it’s a fun to spend with the ones you love, letting them know how much they are loved and appreciated.

100 Books Celebration! I shared last week that my latest release, The Snowman’s Sweetheart, is actually my 100th book! Woohoo! To celebrate this milestone, I’ll be doing a little giveaway on February 15. Stay tuned for more details and be sure you check back in on that date!

Seeing our nephews! I got to see our little nephews right before Christmas, but I’m more than ready to spend time with them again. If the weather cooperates, I hope to get in a trip to see them this month! When they are so little (just 1 and 2), they grow and change so fast!

What about you? What are you looking forward to this month?

  1. My husband and I share a birthday on February 6. I am finally scheduled to see a specialist concerning the nodule on my thyroid. I am hoping to be able to have a biopsy in March. I am praying that this is not cancer. After the diagnosis, a treatment plan can be set up. I am praying it is something that will give me more energy. Congratulations on 100 books. God bless you. Be safe.

    1. Happy almost birthday to you, Debra, and to your husband. How fun you share a birthday!
I hope that nodule is not cancer and something easy to treat. Thinking of you and sending prayers your way.
      Blessings to you!
