Since I haven’t blogged about any projects for a while, I thought I’d give you a little update today.
Yesterday, (actually last night, after a long day of writing) I finished the first draft of a new holiday romance novel that will be out for the 2014 holiday season.
If you read this book:
You’ll want to read the one I just finished because it is Book 2 in the Rodeo Romance series.
It took eleven days of writing and right now is at 84,780 words.
But you don’t care about that – you want to know about the story, right?
I’ll give you this much, if you liked Tate’s friend Cort then you’ll enjoy it. This story picks up just a few months after the ending of The Christmas Cowboy.
Also, I wanted to come clean with you all.
My goal for 2013 was to write six books. Technically, I wrote seven, but only got five of them published before the end of the year.
I’d planned to have this one:
Ready to roll out right after Christmas.
I got a little behind my own self-imposed deadline so it will debut at the end of this month! Stay tuned, because I think you’ll like this story.
And that seventh book, it’s something I’m keeping top secret for now, but in a few weeks, I’ll spill the beans and let you know all about it!
While I’m at, you can hold me accountable to write and publish six books this year!
